Zappi is a British EV charger manufacturer that uses power from the grid, solar or wind. You don’t have to own solar panels to operate a Zappi charger; they work from the grid too. 

Zappi is the first to create a solar EV charger of its kind. You can combine the charger with the myenergi app to enable you to set timers to suit economy tariffs and has a boost function. 

The Installation Process

Our installation team are highly-trained and experienced home EV Charger installs. The installation process should only take one to two hours, depending on the location of the charger and its type.

Claim up to £350 for an EV Chargepoint with Government Grants

The government has introduced a number of grants to support the installation of EV Home Chargers.

The EVHS offers funding of up to 75% towards the cost of an EV home charge installation for domestic properties. In addition SME’s can receive help with the cost of installation EV chargepoint infrastructure in parking reserved for staff or a company fleet. You can learn more about the EV infrastructure grants for staff and fleets here.

To qualify for the grant you must be:

  • A homeowner who lives in a flat.
  • Someone living in rental accommodation (flats and single-use properties)

To be eligible you must:

  • Live in a rented property or own a flat
  • Have dedicated off-street parking
  • Own, lease or have use of an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle
  • Not have already clamed the grant.
