We’re proud to share that Jon Miles, one of our skilled engineers here at Sunlite Group, has been named Best Heating Installer in the East of England at the prestigious Heating Installer Awards 2025.
The award recognises Jon’s exceptional work on a recent project in Suffolk, where he delivered a high-performance air source heat pump installation that has significantly reduced the homeowner’s energy bills. The system included the first Viessmann heat pump in the UK to be powered through the OVO Heat Pump Plus electricity tariff – a truly innovative setup that impressed both the judges and the client.

The Heating Installer Awards, now in their tenth year, celebrate the best talent in the industry. Each entry is judged by a panel of experts and previous winners, based on technical skill, customer service, and innovative thinking. Public votes and a technical challenge also contribute to the final scores.
We’re thrilled to see Jon’s work – and the standards we maintain as a team – acknowledged at a national level. The overall UK winner will be announced on 25 June at InstallerSHOW at the NEC in Birmingham, and we’re proud to be representing the East of England in the final.
